Terms & Conditions

• A small Deposit is required to secure booking, payable by bank transfer or cash and is non refundable if booking is cancelled.
• Extra hours will be added to final cost if removal is held up through no fault of the company.
• Requests of extra collection of items from other addresses during removal will be subject to extra small charge unless agreed in quotation.
• Any items/furniture to be taken to tip during removal will also be subject to extra small charge unless agreed in quotation.
• It is customers responsibility to make sure there is ample parking space outside property on day of the removal or collection, if removal vehicle has to park 20 yards or more from the property a charge of £30 will be added.
• The company reserve the right to not indulge in any work activity that maybe unsafe that go against health & safety.
• Customers are reminded that it’s their responsibility to make sure large furniture fits into the property.
• Full payment should be settled on the day of completion of job/removal with invoices supplied if required.
• We use all PPE required by government guidelines on covid prevention on all work carried out.
